Where do you make your shirts?
Our partner manufactures all Tailor Nation shirts in their facilities in Ahmedabad, the textile capital of India. Ahmedabad is home to some of the largest cotton textile mills in the world and boasts access to extensive skilled labour as well as raw materials. We ensure that our manufacturer operates satisfactory working conditions, fair salaries, and a safe and comfortable working environment.
Where do your fabrics come from?
Our fabrics are sourced from Arvind Mills, one of the largest approved producers of cotton textiles. Arvind Mills is well known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional textiles and supplies reputable brands such as Levi Strauss, Nike, and Marks & Spencer, Next, and Invista (for Lycra) among others.
What are the differences between the Classic and Premium Collections?
Tailor Nation offers two shirt collections: Classic and Premium. Our Classic line contains both basic, good quality twills as well as higher quality fabrics made of two-ply yarns. In our high-end Premium line, you will find fabrics of exceptional quality made of cotton batiste, extra long staple cottons, and Nano-Tex.
What is Nano-Tex fabric?
Nano-Tex uses innovative technology to enhance fabrics, resulting in stain-resistant fabric that resists spills, reduces moisture, and resists static without sacrificing comfort and keeping the shirt soft and breathable. You can find Nano-Text fabrics in our Premium line.
Will my shirt shrink when I wash it?
There may be a slight shrinkage upon washing, but given the quality of our fabrics, this will be minor. Please see our care instructions found under the 'fabrics' tab.
How can I learn more about the different fabrics you offer?
Simply click on the small plus sign in the shirt designer window or click on the 'fabrics' tab to see a list of all of the fabrics we offer. The magnifying glass in the shirt designer window allows you to see a larger image of the fabric and details about the fabric you’ve selected.
Do you make tailor-made shirts for women as well?
Yes! You can select your fit and gender in Step 1 of the shirt designer. We also offer ladies three different fits: Slim, Normal, and Loose.
Can I get my initials embroidered on my shirt?
Yes, this option is available to you at a small added cost of €2.50. You can select up to 5 characters to be embroidered on your shirt cuff, chest, or stomach.
Which fit should I choose?
Slim fit is our most popular fit as the shirt is precisely tailored to your figure, leaving little excess fabric, yet adequate room for movement. We recommend our Normal fit if you would like extra room for movement and prefer a more comfortable yet tailored fit. We suggest our Loose fit if you would like a very relaxed fit, as the straight cut leaves ample room for movement.

How do I know it will fit?
At Tailor Nation we make every effort to create self-measurement instructions that are straightforward and easy-to-follow.
If you are hesitant to measure yourself, we provide several other options:
- Send us your favourite-fitted shirt to measure
- We’ll come measure you at work (London only)
- Order a standard size
You'll find these options in the Measurement stage.
Will my measurements be saved for future orders?
Yes, your measurement profile will be stored in our system. When you place your next order simply select your previously entered measurement profile.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Our custom made shirts are normally delivered to you within 3-4 weeks, but in some rare situations delivery may take longer than anticipated.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat fee of €7 for shipping and handling. In other words, irrespective of the number of shirts you order, the shipping cost will never exceed the cost of shipping for one shirt.

How do I contact customer service?
If you have a query regarding an order or feedback on this application, please email us at customercare@tailornation.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
How do I alter or cancel an order?
As long as your shirt order has not entered the production line, you can alter or cancel your order by emailing customer service at customercare@tailornation.com. Customer Service will inform you of the status of your order
What if my shirt does not fit me correctly?
At Tailor Nation, we make every effort to ensure that your shirt accurately reflects your measurements. However, if you believe your measurement details were not accurately followed, please contact us at customercare@tailornation.com.
What is your refund policy?
Customized goods like tailor-made shirts are excluded from the right to regret. However, if for some reason your order details were not accurately followed, please contact us at customercare@tailornation.com.

Our tailor-made shirts are always made according to the measurements, choice of fabric, and style options provided by the customer.
- If you choose to design a shirt using shirt measurements, the shirt measurements will be the same; however we cannot guarantee that the seams and the design will be the identical to other shirts.
- Our shirts are subject to an error margin of +/- 2 cm.
- If you choose to design a shirt using a standard size, we cannot guarantee the shirt will have a tailored fit. We always recommend that you input body or shirt measurements.
- If you chose to design a shirt using body measurements, we will give allowances to the shirt according to the fit you have selected (slim, normal, loose).
- If the shirt arrives with noticeable chalk stains, these will disappear after washing.
- Fabric colors displayed on the website can have a 0-15% difference depending on the monitor of the customer. If you are not sure about the color of a fabric, contact customercare@tailornation.com for advice.
- Tailor Nation is not liable for any loss of data, computer crash, or any kind of damages resulting from viewing or interacting with any part of our website.
- Slight fabric color differences may occur when a roll of fabric runs out and we produce your shirt from another roll.
